Since 1993, Erdöl-Erdgas Workover GmbH (EEW) in Salzwedel has been a reliable partner to crude oil and natural gas companies in the sector of drilling and workover service.
Our colleagues were also active in the sector of drilling and workover services even before 1993 – for around 40 years to be more precise (then part of the Kombinat Erdöl-Erdgas Gommern). These many years of experience proved beneficial for the founding of EEW.
The EEW operates as an independent company under the roof of the MB Petroleum Services L.L.C. headquartered in Oman and active on an international scope. The MB Group earned revenues of around $987 million with more than 6,000 employees in 2008.Further growth is anticipated for 2009. With subsidiaries in nearly every oil or gas producing country, the MB Group represents a stable basis for EEW. Within the MB Group, Germany (EEW and Koller) is the country with the second highest number of employees, after Oman. Around 500 employees earn revenues of around €60 million.
